UCL RESEARCH DEPARTMENT OF CELL AND DEVELOPMENTAL BIOLOGY
Wellcome Trust 4-year PhD Programme in Developmental and Stem Cell Biology at UCL/NIMR
This programme offers a unique environment with one of the largest and strongest concentrations of high quality developmental and stem cell biologists anywhere in the world, a large list of supervisors and projects throughout UCL, its related teaching hospitals and specialist centres and the National Institute for Medical Research. Located in Bloomsbury, in the heart of London, the programme offers an excellent opportunity to join in the professional and social life of this vibrant city.
The four-year structure comprises three lab rotations and a taught component in the first year, providing the basis for an informed choice and an excellent platform for progression in the research project in years two to four.
