Yale University; Postdoc – Molecular Biology / Behavioral Neuroscience

A RESEARCH/POSTDOCTORAL POSITION is available in the Yale University Department of Psychiatry to participate in studies of the role of intracellular signaling and epigenetic factors in neurocognitive and behavioral dysfunction with aging and stress in rodent models, with opportunities to participate in studies extending this work to human clinical studies.

The successful candidate will join an intellectually diverse and supportive research group employing a wide variety of methods in the study of brain aging and mental illness. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative individual with strong experience in molecular biology, signal transduction, and behavioral neuroscience.

Requirements include a PhD in a relevant field, no more than two years since obtaining a doctoral degree, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
