PhD Scholarships available for October 2010
The School of Psychology is offering up to 10 University and Research Council funded research studentships for students wishing to start a research degree in October. The studentships pay the tuition fee and a maintenance allowance currently £13,290 per annum. Home and international students are eligible to be considered for these studentships. This includes students without a degree in psychology but with a degree that equips them with relevant skills in computer science, engineering, physics, medicine or biology. Tuition fees for overseas applicants will be paid at the home tuition fee rate.

Since 1978, Jeannette Rankin Women’s Scholarship Fund has awarded scholarships to help over 500 women across the United States attend college. Applications are now available for the 2010 school year. The deadline is to have applications postmarked by March 1, and the selected scholars will be announced by July 1.
